1. I reserve the right to refuse any commission order with or without reason or justification.

2. All prices are base prices and are subject to change based on the complexity of the request.

3. Prices vary depending on the complexity of the artwork, number of figures, added background details, closeness to realism.

4. A 50% down-payment is required before the start of a commission. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. The remaining payment is due after the first sketch design has been reviewed and approved by the client.

5. All work is automatically considered non-commercial and non-profit. Rights to the artwork are NOT included in the commission rates. DISTRIBUTION AND RESALE OF THIS PRODUCT ARE PROHIBITED. Please notify me in your request if you plan on using the artwork for commercial use or if you would like to purchase a license for previously commissioned work.

6. I retain the rights to all artwork. *Please contact me for information about obtaining exclusive rights.*

7. Artwork will be delivered in the sizes appropriate for its intended use. Only clients who purchase licenses to the artwork are entitled to full resolution images.

8. The customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

9. I reserve the right to add commissioned work to my portfolio, stream/record the process, and used unless otherwise stated.
   

1. Once your request is received, a price/time quote will be sent to you (via email). We’ll discuss the specifics of your request. Pricing and time quotes will also be finalized. I’ll send you an invoice as soon as possible.

   • By submitting a commission request, you are acknowledging confirming that you fully read the TOS. For commercial art, final agreement form requiring an electronic signature will be sent to you. In place of the signed final agreement, a typed acknowledgment confirming that you have fully read the TOS is acceptable as well.

2. A 50% down-payment is required before the start of a commission. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Once your down payment has been received, your slot in the queue will be confirmed. I will complete a preliminary sketch. After the client has reviewed and approved the sketch, the remaining payment will be due following.

3. Each client is entitled to 1 revision at each stage of the commission process. If necessary, I may check in with you in between the following phases in the process:

   A. Sketch Phase
   B. Line Art Phase
   C. Coloring Phase (minor color edits only!)

   
   A 30% revision fee will apply after the first revision. Major revisions can be declined.
   

Payment Terms

1. Clients have 5 business days after the final agreement has been received to make the down payment. Please let me know BEFORE I start working if you need extra time to gather funds.

2. A down payment of 50% of the quoted price is due before the start of a commission.

3. Referred clients get 5% off (must be referred by someone who has commissioned me before).

4. Discounts codes are not stackable unless otherwise stated.

5. The remaining payment will be due after the “preliminary sketch” has been sent, discussed, and agreed upon.

6. All payments are non-refundable after payment confirmation unless otherwise stated.

7. By submitting a payment, you are agreeing to the current terms of service.
   

Payments Methods

Clients will receive an invoice through email. Payments can be made through the following methods:

-Credit or Debit | Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express
-Cash App
-Stripe
-Paypal
-AfterPay

Payments can also be made through pay by bank transfer (ACH).

Service Bundles

Affiliate Starter Packs and the Affiliate Jumbo pack cannot be combined with any other discounts.

Discounted orders are not eligible for edits after the commission is complete.

Disclaimer: I reserve the right to refuse rush orders orders.

A $40 rush fee will be applied to orders requested to be completed in under 14 business days.I reserve the right to refuse rush orders.

Clients may give me a specific date of when you need your order needs to be completed. IF its doable, I will let you know if the time frame is feasible and what fees will apply.

A $35 “Late Addition” fee will be applied to your total for any major changes requested after the third check-in has been sent, discussed, and revised.

• This includes changes in line art, re-coloring major areas, and anything else that deviates from the original concept agreed upon after the 'first sketch'. Contact me if you have any questions about what constitutes an additional detail.

I use Artistree to accept requests and process invoices. A processing fee will be applied to each order. This allows me to safely process invoices while keeping 100% of the profit as opposed to other invoicing platforms. Learn more about Artistree HERE

If the remaining half of your invoice is not is NOT completed within 7 business days from when the sketches have been approved, the commission will be presumed canceled. The associated fees will apply unless otherwise stated.

NO REFUNDS will be issued after cancellations.

A 30% re-use fee is required for artwork to be re-purposed for use outside of its original intended use.

• Example: A client who commissioned an emote later requests for the emote to be re-purposed for graphic for their panels, or a profile picture.

  • Commission requires more than 3 revisions.

  • Projected requires more/fewer hours than initially quoted.

• Requests for experimental commissions can be denied at any time.
